Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method. Exchanges may also be available depending on product availability.
